Millbrook events needed a new and optimised website that would provide all the necessary information to make venue selection as easy as possible.
Formerly known as The Concept Centre, Millbrook Events consists of four purpose-built venues set at the heart of Millbrook Proving Ground’s test tracks. Pauley Design was asked to develop a search engine optimised website with strong calls to action and a blog where they could share the latest company or industry news and provide some useful event organising tips.
After intensive competitor analysis and research into customer needs the user friendly website was designed and built with the purpose of providing as much detailed information as possible. By dividing all the service offerings into clear categories, it allows visitors to easily find the information they are looking for. Venue walk through videos were made available on the website to guide visitors around the venue as well as providing downloadable floor plans and a track facility map. The website conversion rate can now be measured by the number of completed goals such as venue enquiries and event information downloads.

- Designed brand literature, both printed and downloadable from the website.
- Content management system with an integrated blog.
- Developed a venue finding application to identify which of the 4 venues would be right for the event.
